America's Floor Source - Indianapolis

My first experience with America’s Floor Source was about four years ago when I had them install ceramic tile in both of my bathrooms. They did a fantastic job. When I decided to replace the carpet in my home (living & dining rooms as well as three bedrooms) I didn’t hesitate to return to America’s Floor Source. I’m so glad I did! The price was right and the installers were professional and efficient. They were done in only one day. The carpet looks great. I’m very pleased. It was also a pleasure to work with Karen Khe. I would recommend America’s Floor Source to everyone.

As a Realtor who works with a lot of Sellers, time and budget are top priorities for those who need to replace flooring in preparation for listing their home for sale. Karen always finds a way to find them beautiful flooring at a price that fits their budget! She is super responsive, knows what will work best in different areas of the home, and is able to get the jobs scheduled on a tight timeline. Every home she's helped me with has sold quickly! The low cost is absolutely a worthwhile investment to increase the value of the home. Karen's been a wonderful partner for me!

We had an amazing experience with America’s Floor Source here in Fishers, In. Mike Nasser was incredibly helpful, kind, and truly knowledgeable about their craft. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain options clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. The quality of their work is outstanding, and you can tell they really care about doing things the right way. Professional, reliable, and friendly — we couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring done right!

Positive experience and would recommend and use again. Salesman Guy was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. There was minor mixup on some finish work details but it was quickly resolved and with a few days job was complete. Issues can happen but the speed and response to resolve was excellent.

Karen was amazing! Very detailed, well organized, extremely helpful, and followed our whole project from start to finish (measuring, bringing several samples, being a great listener with helping us select the perfect vinyl wood floor planks for our whole house)!! Pedro installed the flooring and he and his crew were top notch and expertly laid our vinyl wood floor planks!! I highly recommend Karen and Pedro, they both earned 5+ STARS!!!
