Andrew was awesome to work with. He helped us work through the design and selections we made for our kitchen backsplash. He made sure to review measurements with us multiple times, and made sure we had all of the additional materials needed to complete our project. He also pushed our cart around the showroom, and offered to help us to the car.

Hands down the best tile/flooring store in central Indiana. Selection and pricing were fantastic. I was very impressed with the displays and merchandising.
Better yet was working with Susana Rangel. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in all aspects of the sale.
I’ve been to the other tile stores in Indianapolis, and nothing else compares. Plus, name brand products, tools, and everything you need for your tile project. I did not look a hardwoods or other flooring products, but would definitely be back for those in the future if the need arises.
Keep up the good work Floor & Decor. And take care of Susana!

Gleicy (designer) was awesome! We weren’t sure how to pick our shower wall, shower floor and bathroom floor tile. After about 2 minutes of explaining what we liked Gleicy immediately showed us a couple of options for each and explained things to consider when making selections. We are so happy with the choices we made!!

Wanted to give Chase a huge shout-out because he was incredibly knowledgeable very nice and was also able to convince my wife of a design she fell in love with but immediately was having second thoughts with!
Chase was able to stand with us during our visit and calculate the amount of tile (and then some) to complete our project.
The tile we got is gorgeous and on my second trip, I ended up exchanging one tile that broke in half, no questions ahead, no hassle just a quick exchange and on my way.
I should preface this review with these 2 visits were my first and second times in floor and decor. It was really nice to speak to people that were knowledge about the industry and get the right products for the job.
You simply can't get that level of information at Lowe's or Home Depot.
5 stars. If I ever have tiling or flooring needs, this will be the first place I look!

The salespeople are so helpful! Adding assistance with dye lot matching. Matching grout. Knowing how many boxes to take home. It’s so important to get guidance with important purchases like flooring. They make it easier!
