My husband and I initially thought we could tackle sanding, sealing, and finishing our hardwood floors ourselves. The pricing was fair, and the lifetime warranty really set them apart from other companies we spoke with.We had already purchased Bona products (which Prosand typically uses), and since they were non-returnable, Carl generously credited us for the cost, something we truly appreciated. The team got the job done ahead of schedule, and the workmanship was excellent. The crew was attentive, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in their work going the extra mile.We are extremely happy with our floors and the overall experience. We have used Pro Sanding twice. The first time they refinished our back room and kitchen. In the kitchen they had to feather in new wood to match the old wood where we had removed a peninsula and the work was beautiful.This past week we had them come in to remove tile from the foyer and replace it with wood and refinish the bamboo flooring we found when removed the vinyl flooring. Carl gave us a fair quote. The new wood arrived and was then that Caesar showed up to do the floors. After removing the tile in the foyer, he found beautiful parquet flooring that he was able to refinish. Carl requoted us and we sent back the ordered wood without issue. The flooring turned out fantastic. We strongly recommend Carl and his team, their work is excellent
Carl, Norberto and the team did a fantastic job refinishing our dark maple hardwood floors to a clean, natural tone. They are very diligent, reasonably priced, and do awesome work! We were so pleased we had them do carpet and tile work as well!!
Carl and team at ProSand Flooring did an amazing job installing oak floor treads on our stairway and painting the banisters, risers, etc. We also had them paint our entire downstairs. Crew was courteous, arrived on time, finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up well at end of each work day. We are very pleased with the results and recommend them for floor refinishing, installation, and painting needs. Their prices were competitive and work was completed as promised.
ProSand came highly recommended by neighbors. Owner, Carl, gave us a competitive price and was wonderful to work with. His crew (Cesar, José and Caleb) did an excellent job from start to finish. Our home was purchased new in 1998 and the brownish-orange stained wood floors had never been redone and were in sad shape. We opted to go with a timeless, natural look (no stain) with protective coating and the floors turned out beautiful! We were very pleased with the whole process. Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner!
