I had to replace some flooring due to a leak. Even though it was only a few years old, we risked not having it available.Andy was able to find some in stock, had it delivered to his showroom in a day, and our build back team is able to start work the minute it is all dry. Andy and his crew are amazing! They’re all very nice, were very patient with me with my questions, and extremely helpful. Andy & Dani both helped me with my floor selection when I desperately needed it. I’m not good at interior design at all and they helped pick a floor color that went well with my kitchen cabinets. The installation crew were all nice too and did a beautiful job. To say I’m happy with the outcome would be an understatement. I can’t recommend them enough!!
This was our first time going with Flooring America Irvine and we're very glad we did. The showroom has an extensive selection of high quality flooring at competitive pricing. Andy was a great help in advising us on the various manufacturers and helping us select the right flooring to meet the style, color and quality of our new flooring. The removal of the old floor and the installation of the new floor went very smoothly; the installer, Miguel held to the schedule, kept us informed of the work to be accomplished each day, focused on the details, and made a point of cleaning up the working area at the end of each day. Overall, we're very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Flooring America Irvine for anyone considering a new floor.
