I can’t say enough about their customer service! We’d had a leak and needed to purchase a small amount of new flooring to match our existing floor. It was extremely difficult to find, and Omar went the extra mile to find and order our exact same floor. He was detail-oriented and he provided excellent communication as well. I will absolutely go to them for all our flooring projects from now on.

Do not bother using this company. I was actually a repeat customer and they treated me like garbage. I previously used this company and they were fantastic when I worked with Camron. Camron was very customer friendly... unfortunately the individual I work with on this project this past week treatied me with no dignity or respect. He actually had the gall to yell at me on several occasions and say that he was upset with me because his estimate read we were responsible for the second coat of paint on the baseboards. Doesn't that mean that they are responsible for the first coat? . I will not be bullied or harassed. Make sure you read the contract very carefully because what you actually think you're getting and what you actually get are two different things. Make sure you also look at the amount that they're charging you because they are up charging some of the fees to pad the order. The amount they charge for the glue for the floor was seriously padded. The amount of wood that they called for didn't even equal the amount that they said they needed at the end . We frantically had to get 6 more boxes over the amount of the square footage they called for. Did they not measure correctly? I called the store on three occasions to ask for the owner Arman and nobody even called me back. I even emailed him and I did not even get a reply. All they really cared about was whether I was going to pay them or not.. Seriously? I always pay my bills and I am the type that refer customers to them . Well not ever to anyone. I will say that their foreman Freddie and their installers were very kind and helpful. Too bad the office and particularly John doesn't know that the customer has other choices out there and it is his job to make sure they are happy.I am updating my review the owner Reza did reach out to me and cut me a check for some of the misunderstanding and the paint I had to provide for the baseboards on my project that was supposed to me included on the original estimate. I did get an apology for his employee John and his rudeness but it would have been much better if John himself would have personally called me. Hardwood Flooring Depot provided luxury vinyl wood plank, fireplace stone, and beautiful soft smartstrand carpet in my San Clemente home a few years back which I still get compliments to this day from friends and family. I recently had a bathroom leak and called them. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner responded in minutes telling me that I had a lifetime guarantee on my flooring and he would have a crew scheduled within a couple of days. They replaced the flooring with the same as the original and my bathroom looks beautiful. They were very professional and courteous and I appreciated all their help...I highly recommend Hardwood Flooring Depot and will use them again!
Omar and his team are incredible! I cannot believe how beautiful the new flooring turned out! They’re responsible, respectful, professional, and efficient. I cannot be happier with their service and highly recommend them to anyone who’s considering redoing their flooring.
