I looked everywhere for the perfect flooring place and I found them. Rick is amazing and I feel like I can trust him as he went above and beyond for us. The installers, Ceaser and Vickie were so detail oriented and we honestly couldn’t have dreamt of a better experience. They did beyond amazing!!!!!

Fantastic folks. First off, the location is very inviting and nice. My kids loved playing there while I was shopping for flooring. I have an old building and needed to match a section of the flooring. They helped me find an exact match. It came out great. The pricing was great too. I even had some extra flooring, and they agreed to return it although it wasn't standard and an inconvenience to them. I posted photos as well. As you can see, it's a perfect match, even though the original floors are no longer available.

I’ve hated the carpet that came with our new house since the day we moved in and have been wanting to replace it for years. I finally reached out to Tompkins Flooring in Irvine, and I’m so glad I did. Cheri came out to our home to take measurements and was fantastic. She took her time explaining which types of flooring would make the most sense throughout the house and what would work best on our stairs.

She gave honest, helpful advice, wasn’t pushy at all, and genuinely cared about helping us make the right choice. The whole experience has been great from start to finish. If you’re looking for quality flooring and great service, definitely go with Tompkins—and ask for Cheri!
