They did such a bad job!!!! My sister had them as well and they did a very horrible installation. They sale bulk flooring which is why the flooring they install dont last anything! Buy your own Material!!! Homedepot or anything else but here because it does not work!! Use other floor companies but bot this ones!!! I told them our floor situation and Fernando kept ignoring my messages! What type of professionalism is that!!!
DO NOT HIRE NUNEZ FLOORING – UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRESPONSIVE, AND POOR WORKMANSHIP!I strongly advise against hiring Nunez Flooring. We trusted them to install luxury vinyl plank flooring, which we purchased directly from them, only to be met with nothing but frustration and disappointment.Shortly after installation, the floors began buckling. While they initially came out to "fix" the problem, the issues persisted and have only gotten worse. Now, multiple areas throughout our home have severe buckling. Instead of standing by their work, they have chosen to ignore us entirely.They refuse to answer our calls, and when we try reaching out from different numbers, the owner promises to call back—but never does. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is beyond frustrating.Save yourself the time, money, and headache. Avoid Nunez Flooring at all costs!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. WE WILL NEED TO SUE TO GET THEM TO FIX OUR FLOORS.We had them install Luxury Vinyl Plank on December of 2023. Upon them finishing there were alot of soft spots throughout and the floor popped when walked on in several locations.They came out and repaired a few spots but shortly after other locations begin to do the same thing. We were told this was because the concrete floor wasn't level.Ultimately, we requested they pull the entire floor, level it, and install new floors. They did. Upon completion, there was 2 soft spots and 1 location that still popped. We figured we could live with it. Unfortunately, a short period after more spots became soft and begin to crack at different locations throughout the house.They sent out a guy to fix it.After that, the floor was not perfect but once again we figured we could live with it. Fast forward to today, the areas with soft spots and that pop have spread through the entire kitchen, the walkway to the living room, the powder room and by the mud room. The floor is like andNot sure if it is a faulty product or installation. Now they are dodging our calls/text. Unfortunately, pictures don't do it any justice. A video is needed.
I am absolutely thrilled with the floors that Nunez Flooring installed in my house yesterday. From the time I met with Fernando for the quote and all of the contact in between through the floors being installed, this company was incredibly professional, communicated well, and I am very impressed by my experience with them. Highly recommended! Even my handyman said that they did an incredible job and there’s no way that he could’ve done the work at the price point that Nunez charged me.
Nunez flooring did an excellent job from consultation to the installation of carpet in my home! They answered every question or concerned I had from start to finish. The guys showed up on time and completed quickly as well cleaned up after themselves. Fair prices!! I’ll definitely use for all my flooring needs in the future!!
