We needed new hardwood flooring to replace carpeting in our lower level, plus carpeting in 4 of our bedrooms and carpet to be bound into area rugs. We started the process with Vicki at Christoff. She was very helpful with our selection of all of the above and helped with the proposal, scheduling and billing of the work. Tom Christoff came out and did the measuring to make sure we got the correct amount of material. And lastly, Tony and Steven did the installation of the hardwood and carpet. Their years of experience are very evident as the flooring looks beautiful and professionally laid. Our experience with Christoff and Sons was exceptional from start to finish.

Part 1 – Carpet & Service Experience

We recently purchased carpet from Christoff and Sons, and they did the installation as well. The quality of the carpet and the installation were both excellent, and when I had a concern about the seam, the owner, Tom Christoff, personally came out to take a look. It really stood out to me that the owner himself took the time to check in and make sure everything was right. That kind of customer care is rare these days, and it gave me even more confidence in the company.

Part 2 – Expertise & Kitchen Remodel Ideas

While Tom was here, I ended up asking him about my upcoming kitchen renovation since I knew they also handle those projects. He went above and beyond—he came down to my basement and was able to tell me exactly how far I could extend my kitchen sink or where I could place it, and he gave me a ton of helpful ideas I never would have thought of on my own. He was genuinely nice, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. I was really impressed by his expertise and the way he explained everything so clearly.

? Overall, I left the experience not only feeling reassured about my carpet purchase, but also excited and confident about the possibilities for my kitchen remodel. Christoff and Sons recently completed a project at St. Peter Lutheran Church, replacing our old, worn out carpet with LVT and carpet tile.
The result is amazing! Everyone in our congregation is pleased with the new look throughout our church.
The installers were knowledgeable and professional. They were also able to schedule their work so that our church facilities were fully accessible almost 100% of the time while the installation was in progress.
Bev Johnson helped to plan the work and to select the best materials to meet or exceed our expectations.
