I contacted them to provide an estimate for my carpeting job. The install is not straight forward as the center of the home is offset 45 degrees from the rest of the house. The whole house was to be carpeted minus kitchen and bath. They sent their "Best" installer to measure and layout the job. Because of the offset there would be a lot of waste. I accepted this. Carpet was ordered and paid for in advance of the install. I acted in good faith. The big day came and the job started. Halfway into the project there was a deviation from the planed install. I'm not sure why there was a deviation from the plan but things changed. Seams were now in places there weren't supposed to be seams. If we were to go back to the plan there would not be enough carpet to complete the job. In the living room a seam was planned and it was executed. I was told that the seam would blend in over time. No that doesn't work. If it is visible when made it does not go away. I contacted the owner, Tony, he said he would be out in the next three days to look at it. No show, I contacted him again and he said he would have to see the job during the day and at night because things look different under different lighting. Yes they do! Bad seams are bad seams no matter the light! I tried to call and text several times over the following weeks with no response. If you are considering this company I strongly urge you to look carefully at the competition. I'm not happy with this company, especially the follow up service. I am giving the company three stars because the helpers that moved plants and furniture were great. Minus two stars because of what I am left with. Unsatisfied customer!
We moved into our home in July 2024, and I absolutely hated the darkness of the flooring. Tried to live with them, and finally decided in December 2025 to change them to something lighter. Tony came out to quote us for new flooring for our entire downstairs. My husband and I talked that night and decided we should just get the stairs and upstairs hallway done as well, and Tony was able to come out the very next day to update our quote.We liked the number but discovered there were some misunderstandings on both ends, and Tony went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. Got everything scheduled, installers were quick, professional, and personable. We cannot speak enough praises about Tony and his team. He truly is all about the customer's happiness and satisfaction, and you should DEFINITELY hire him and his team. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
Tony and his staff were great to work with and went the extra mile to get the carpet installed in time for a family gathering we had scheduled. The install team, J.R. and Doc, were extremely hardworking and meticulous and did a great job. We had a great experience and highly recommend them. We will definitely be doing business with Simple Flooring Solutions for future projects.
Our project involved dividing one larger laundry room into two new spaces -- a smaller laundry room and a full bath. After seeing the good reviews here, I decided to check it out. Tony is very personable and made me feel welcome and important. He was patient and helpful through all of my questions and decision-making process. I appreciated his input and knowledge. We are very pleased with our floors and the service we have received here.
I needed new flooring for 3 decent sized rooms. I knew what I wanted but not sure who to turn to to get it. I did some research & decided to have Simple Flooring Solutions do the job. John & Tony were very helpful & informative. Their price was within my budget & very fair. They didn't come across like normal 'salesmen'. No pressure. I felt good about them doing my floors. They said it was probably a 3 day job. Well, it ended up only 2 days & I simply love my floors now. I'm sorry but I'm bad at names & don't remember the names of the 2 young men who did the work. They couldn't be more respectful & arrived each day when they said they would. I couldn't be happier. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I definately made the right decision to trust SFS with my floors. I have 1 more room that needs to be done & when I can, they will be the ones I call.
