Great product and best customer service. I had to make a couple of trips. Spencer was always there to answer a call or a text. We went with medium oak. Warm and cozy feeling. Only a few planks were damaged but they were used for off cuts for either starting or finishing a row.
From the moment we called Spencer, we received top notch service! We were looking for a very particular color and thickness. He showed us several he had on the floor and invited us to come look at everything that was available. We found the perfect flooring. It was on back order. Spencer kept us in the loop on status weekly and called us as soon as it came in. The service doesn’t get much better than that.

This was an amazing find!The product is great and very affordable - seriously I was shocked at the prices.We went with the 6.5mm French Oak and they are perfect.We have an older house that doesn't have a plumb wall or level floor anywhere but the interlocking system that these floors have made install easy and seem to be holding up very nicely.Spencer at Case Flooring was so great to work with. He was responsive and intentional. I was able to schedule an appointment to see all the flooring options - finishes and thickness and he let me bring home sample boards to try out in my house.The flooring was in stock, he handled scheduling delivery for us, and he even bought back the extra boxes that I had left over.Overall, a great experience and I recommend you give them a try if you are looking to install new flooring.
