I have been remodeling our home and have appreciated the excellent service I have received from all of the employees but would like to mention Cody who has helped me on numerous occasions with figuring out "all things tile.." He helped me locate things I was looking for--he explained various options--and he is very knowledgeable about tile which helped me because I was building a tile board to see which tile and grout would work best. I had never used tile or grout but he took the time to show me what I needed and how to get the best results. Thank you Cody for your help! ! For me, who knows nothing about tile--I appreciate your time to teach me and show me the best products. Our tile has been ordered from this store due to the incredible service from Cody and the different employees at check out who are also to be commended. They have a wonderful selection and fair pricing. The salesperson was a little odd, she talked more than she listened.. but once we made our selection she was quick to ring it up and send the order to the back for pickup. Pickup took an hour, even though there were only two small orders ahead of me when I checked in. But once I started inquiring regarding the delay the guys moved quickly and carefully and got us loaded up. Overall, it was a positive experience.
I want to give a special shout-out to Daryl for his amazing help! He was extremely kind, professional, and guided us step by step in choosing the right products. He answered all our questions with patience and made the whole shopping experience so much easier. Floor & Decor is lucky to have an employee like him. Highly recommend!
Everything is turning out great. There is one thing I want to mention. I ordered and paid for 19 boxes of icy blue matte subway tiles. I received 18 boxes of icy matte blue and 1 box of GRAY tiles. Make sure you check all your boxes when they bring them out. Also if you have time go through each box and check for nicks & scratches. I had at least 1 box worth of icy blue matte tiles I had to throw away along with the 1 box of GRAY tiles. Other than that everything is ok. Always order more tiles than you need because you may need them!
I just can’t say enough wonderful things about Amy with the Orange Park, Florida Floor and Decor. I was placing a large order of tile for my entire home and Amy was outstanding. I ran into a few challenges with the sheer quantity I was ordering and the logistics of getting it all here along with the additional materials needed for the install. Without her help it just wouldn’t have happened. She made the order seamless. I hope her management sees this review. She’s really is an asset to this company! I would highly recommend using Floor Decor for your decorating needs. Go see Amy!
