Truly recommend NexFloor with Carlos and his team!! They did such amazingly PROFESSIONAL job for my floor and all of the stairs and repairs! The team Carlos completed fast and so professional!!

I have been researching the good floor company for about one year... I spent time to read a lot of reviews of the highly rated floor companies. This time, I needed the best company because two years ago, I had a horrible experience with a constructor who messed up almost everything on the 2nd floor and more... The guy said he could fix his mistake at the end then he disappeared and never came back. We got a full refund from his insurance company but after that, we had a huge water leak from the bathroom on the 2nd floor. The tiles were moving already due to the bad installation but more moving after the water leak. I was worried about mold and damages under the tile. I called many floor companies to repair and got a lot of estimates. Most of floor companies ignored the water damage underneath and recommended to sand the uneven tile surface and put the vinyl because they said it's the easiest & a quick way for both of us. However, Carlos was different. He is very honest and told me a simple answer that I shouldn't put vinyl or any floor materials on this uneven tile without checking the damages under the tile and recommended a demolition. He sent me an estimate which was detailed everything clearly, no hidden cost, and answered all of my questions. I trusted him and decided to work with NexFloor. After Carlos started demolition, he spent time to repair and never put the floor materials until the floor became even and flat. Also, Carlos is very creative! He made some pieces and connected the baseboard super neat on the corner!!. He repaired the stair nose perfectly too. I hired two of other floor companies to repair the same stair nose before but they didn't know how to repair due to the bad installation by the previous floor guy so they tried to repair it but it was broken again, but NexFloor did such a professional repair!! Communication was also so great with Chris who works at the store. He always helped me to choose the materials and contacted to Carlos. Chris is also very nice! He scheduled and prepared everything on time before my travel plan! It's really hard to find the good and honest and professional skilled floor company in local and anywhere, but I am very lucky to find the best flooring company! Finally the floor was fixed so I could put a sofa in the living room after we moved in 2 years! Thank you so much, NexFloor! Really appreciate all of your hard work! Love my floor so much! :)

P.S. I will stop by sometimes to say hi to Oleo (they kindly rescued a dog!)!

I've used the owner before in the past but I needed new floors. He told me he now had a flooring store as well. I went into the store and was greeted by his son. Very knowledgeable and professional. They helped me pick out some affordable flooring, sent a qoute the same day, ordered my flooring the following day and was installing 5 days later! The workers arrived on time, removed old floors, put down new flooring and hauled away all the trash! Very impressive and very efficient! Highly recommend! I'd use them again and again!

NextFloor is amazing! I have used Carlos Sosa for a long time putting in New Floors all over my home. Then I changed flooring and he came back. This morning his men arrive to once again give me new floors in a guest room. The job was done in 3 hours and done to perfection. You can’t go wrong with this company. They aim to please.
