WOW!!!
All I can say is “Amazing, simply Amazing”! And I’m speaking about Juan and his team from JV’s Flooring LLC!!!

We recently bought a new condo and wanted to add our own taste and appeal to it. So I researched top contractors in the area who provided flooring and remodel services, and JV’s Flooring LLC popped up with awesome reviews and top ratings. So I reached out to Juan and explained my project needs included a 4 room floor replacement, a bath remodel, a kitchen backsplash remodel and some appliance hookups. And I mentioned I would like to get this done soon before I move my furniture into my new condo. His response was, “I can start tomorrow.” Oh was I elated!!! I thought I would have to wait and get on a schedule but he stated right away! WOW how lucky was I!

Fast forward 8 days later and I had a beautiful new look to my new condo and ready just in time for my move-in date. His expertise and skills in making this happen included: carpeted floors removed and new vinyl laminate floors installed in the living room, dining room, hallway and kitchen; old baseboards removed in those rooms and installed and painted; entry door and window casings removed and new casings installed and painted; bathroom flooring removed and new ceramic flooring installed; bathroom baseboards removed and new installed and painted; tub, shower shell and glass sliding doors removed and new tiled walk in shower installed with sliding glass doors; ceramic backsplash installed above vanity top; vanity light installed and mirror hung; new stool installed; new ceramic tile backsplash installed in kitchen; new microwave mounted; new dishwasher hooked up; all bifold doors removed and new French doors installed and painted; and all old materials that were removed were disposed of. This man does it all and has a skillful art of communicating ideas and had always kept us updated and kept the project moving along. Juan was very kind, professional, skilled and maintained accountability at all times to the project until completion.

We hit the jackpot finding Juan and now he is on our speed dial for future work specifically a fireplace makeover! We couldn’t be happier with the work he provided and I would highly recommend him and his services to others!
