Migala Carpet One Floor & Home

Between the upfront and honesty in the showroom, my delivery today i believe was with Tyler ( hope i got the name right ) made my experience complete. He was as professional as he could possibly be and extremely polite. Im glade you have people like him representing your company out in a field. I hope you follow up with him. Thank you. My husband and I had the absolute best experience with this store. From the moment we walked in MKayla and her partner were so helpful in guiding us on our flooring. They were patient, offered suggestions, and gave us all the time we needed. They proceeded with flawless execution through installation. The installers showed up exactly on time and informed us of everything they were going to do. They ran into a structural problem and they fixed it prior to laying our floor without causing any undue stress. Every person we encountered on this job were friendly and helpful. One of the best home improvement projects we've ever completed. I would like to thank everyone involved!!! Thank you all for a great experience!! Highly recommend.

Migala Carpet One Floor and Home is amazing! I was under a tight timeline because my elderly parents were unexpectedly coming to live with me. We had to make quick renovations to our home, which included creating a carpeted area that would withstand the traffic of a wheelchair. M’Kayla at Migala was so helpful in walking me through the process—selecting the best carpet and providing me with a quick install. I am so grateful for the wonderful service, attention to detail, and great price.

Can not say enough about how wonderful Kim and her team at Migala have been. Our whole home needed new flooring and she saw our vision and made it come to life, including sourcing flooring based on pictures we took in Scotland! The craftsmen they use for install are too notch and we could not be more pleased. Customers for life!

My experience with Migala was phenomenal! From the day I walked in and met Marti (designer) until the last install day, everything went so smoothly. Everyone, including the manager, Joe, went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. Marti helped us pick out tiles for our kitchen and bath and carpeting for several rooms. All of the installers were great. They too, went out of their way to insure the quality of work was perfect and completed in a timely manner. We definitely recommend their services and will return if we have any new projects.

I can't say enough about the team at Migala Carpet One Floor and Home, Particularly designer Kim Sikkema, As a rabid HGTV watcher, I had my own ideas about what I wanted. Kim was able to channel my enthusiasm and focus on what I needed. Faced with so many choices and options Kim helped me drill down to what I wanted and made sure I didn't blow the budget. Kim showed me multiple options that I hadn't even considered. Her knowledge of the products made the decision process very easy. The installation team was amazing. The tile was installed by a gentleman named Bart, He is a true craftsman. He did a beautiful precise job on my tile install. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend the team at Migala, I'm currently evaluating my master bath for a reno...... :-)

Before and almost after. It's still rough, The lighting isn't finished, painting is pending.... But I love it already.

We recently had a home built and our builder used Migala for their flooring selections and installation. We selected our hardwood floor (walnut - 2 level upgrade) based on the model floor and a sample provided to us by Migala. We were out of town when the floor was installed but when we returned and saw the floor we were very disappointed. Rather than the smooth finish represented by the sample, the floor looked damaged and the consistency was very uneven (some boards looked like the sample but most didn't). The picture that I have included here shows the sample board placed on the actual floor. The difference in the finish of the sample and the actual floor is dramatic and yet when we let Migala know through the builder that we were not happy with the floor their representative told me that she thought the floor and sample looked very similar. She also said that the model floor was even more distressed which turns out to not be the case. Given her response I pursued this with other representatives at Migala and they reviewed our case and informed me that we got the floor we ordered and that the case was closed as far as they are concerned. Migala claims 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed but I am living proof that they don't back that up. Look at the picture and judge for yourself. It's really unfortunate because we are very happy with the home otherwise but this has certainly put a damper on the experience.

Went shopping there for some carpets. Was met and greeted right away. Was introduced to the available sales personnel. The gentleman was very friendly and was helpful. He showed us many different types of carpets and explained the good and bad qualities according to what we thought our needs were. He also explained the different types of pads to us. They were no high pressure sales. They worked with us on the best price also. I will recommend this business to anyone 100% satisfied.
