We were in need of a quick turnaround for our laundry room flooring, because our washer died and we were getting a new one delivered in a week and a half. The folks at Sackett's helped us quickly find a great flooring solution. They were super friendly and helpful in the showroom. They came out the same day to measure and installed it two days later. The people who installed the flooring were very professional and friendly. The installers weren't sloppy at all and cleaned up after themselves. We were very impressed and thankful for this job well done!
This is the second project that we had hired Sacketts to complete. Both went smoothly from Matt our sales person to Carlos and Phillipe. Are recent project was having Laminate floors installed and they look amazing. The workers were polite and courteous and very hard workers. They took my concerns seriously and took the initiative to fix them the best they could. We have a couple of more projects to complete (backsplash, bathroom flooring and shower) and would not hesitate to call them back. They are a company that will stand behind their work.
