Kamloops Tile Works was excellent to work with for our recent home renovation. They have tile across price ranges and many different sizes and styles. In total, we installed new fireplace tile, kitchen backsplash, and kitchen floor tile (photos attached. Note we still have to install a mantle on the fireplace).

We worked predominantly with Tracy, who was effective at communicating with us, sharing all sorts of helpful insight about tile type, color decisions, grout, tile sealer etc. great customer service.

In addition to advising us on tile choices, Walter from Kamloops Tile Works did the installation of our kitchen floor tile. He did an excellent job, especially considering these were 24"x24" inch tiles, and this house was built in 1955 so not perfectly straight or level. The newly tiled floor looks professional and is very flat and straight.

Note we purchased the backsplash and fireplace tile from Kamloops Tile Works and got these tiles installed by a different contractor. The kitchen floor terrazzo tile was purchased from a specialty shop in Ontario but was installed by Kamloops Tile Works.

All this said, I would definitely recommend Kamloops Tile Works. We will certainly be repeat customers should we have more tile projects in our future.

I had to replace a shower and hired Kamloops Tile Works again, who had done all the tile work in my home some 35 years ago. Walter came out for an initial quote, Tracy at the Shop helped me select the right tiles, and James did all the work, including changes to the plumbing, himself , very promptly and reliably, with a beautiful result. I would hire Kamloops Tile Works again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone who expects a professional job.

Kamloops Tile Works is simply fantastic! We had them tile our kitchen backsplash and fireplace surround in our previous home and they did an excellent job. We are currently doing a whole-house renovation and hired them to tile our entry, kitchen backsplash and main bathroom shower and backsplash. The whole experience was first rate. Of special mention is Tracy, who works in the showroom. She has excellent taste and knows her product inside out and upside down. I am so pleased with all the tiles she helped me select. Also a big shout out to our installer, James. He is a true professional in every sense: on time, hard-working and organized. He treated our place with respect and was always cheerful and upbeat. He finished earlier than expected. Also, the cost for the job was really reasonable. I am a very happy customer.
