We had new carpet installed in 3 rooms of our home. Naomi helped us select the carpet that suited our style and budget (take home samples included) Brian made a personal visit to verify room measurements. Installer, Ken did a fabulous job insalling our carpets, cleaning up after himself. We would recommend Nufloors for your flooring needs.
Great service from Nufloors in Kamloops. It was one week from time we asked Brian to visit and quote for replacement of our basement stairs carpet and bedroom carpet till the project was completed.Installer was in and out quickly and efficiently.One very small issue with carpet on stairs, Brian came and inspected the next day and took care of it immediately.Very nice folks to deal with and we feel we were treated fairly in all our dealings.PS: this is the third time we have dealt with Nufloors over the last 15 years and have always been happy with the results.
