Wanted vinyl flooring waterproof they sold me something called hybrid vinyl (laminate) my installer's told me it's only 70% not 100 it's laminate will warp if it gets wet they refuse to accommodate saying it has warranty but I wanted vinyl , Not rvp Never purchase anything from factory surplus ever again, and then told my installer's they were stupid ,now they have been doing this for 40yrs lvp is vinyl not rvp for your edification sir

I have been to Factory Surplus far too many times to count. Every time I’m there Chris (salesperson) is happy to help and answer ALL of my questions. The prices are fabulous and Chris is a pleasure to work with. Will be going again soon to purchase more as we continue with our remodel.
Never realized this place was open to the public they have so much flooring everything from tile lvt office carpet wood flooring and great prices. They even let you take some samples of tile home for free to see how it looks.
