I began working with A++ Flooring in March when I first met with Sam to discuss new flooring for my home. I selected a Republic floor sample, and I held onto that sample for several months while I coordinated the rest of my finishing touches around it. In June, we finally scheduled installation.

I ordered 2,800 sq. ft. of flooring, stair noses, and stair materials. On the first day, the crew arrived with only 51 boxes for my first floor. During installation, I noticed the color of the flooring did not match the sample I had been shown. When I brought this up to Sam, instead of resolving the concern professionally, he raised his voice at me several times.

At that point, I contacted the owner, Ali, who initially presented himself as kind and understanding. He came to the job site, acknowledged the issue, and agreed to have a manufacturer’s representative (Edgar) review the flooring. Edgar came to look at the flooring and offered to swap out any unused material at no cost and with no restocking fee.
I then did extensive research and selected a replacement floor, but I have been waiting nearly two months and still have not received my new flooring. Instead of resolving this, Ali later told my husband that he did not want to work with me, claiming his installers were “afraid” I wouldn’t like the replacement flooring. I made it clear that I was fine with finding another installer — all I wanted was for my flooring to be delivered.
To make matters worse:
Out of the 128 boxes ordered, only 51 were delivered.
My stair noses and stair materials have not been delivered.
My card was charged an additional $4,000 during my husband’s visit to their store, yet we still do not have the missing flooring.
Ali has since stopped responding to our calls and messages, leaving us with an incomplete and unsatisfactory job.
I also had concerns with the installation process itself, specifically the large number of 42 bags of floating material I was charged for, which Ali dismissed by simply telling me everything was “fine” and “under warranty.”
At this point, my experience with A++ Flooring has been extremely stressful, costly, and disappointing. I am left with an unfinished home, missing materials, and thousands of dollars charged without delivery.
This is not how any customer should be treated, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone considering new flooring.
