From the moment I got there I was greeted then asked if I needed any help. After I paid I was told to bring my car to the front so they can load it for me.
Huge Thank You to Sean and Bryan at the Katy location. The service at this store is exceptional. We ran into an issue with a vanity that was going 12 hours away to a remote cabin. These guys stepped in, solved the problem and communicated so well we were absolutely amazed.Side note: In the past we have also used the design services here, I believe her name was Linda - she is also amazing. The free design consultations are very helpful.If this is the leadership team at this location, Floor & Decor is in good hands. I had an amazing experience at the Katy Floor & Decor, thanks to Dina. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout my entire visit. Dina took the time to truly understand my project, walked me through different tile options, finishes, and layouts, and gave thoughtful design advice that helped everything come together.She never rushed me and answered every question with confidence and care. It’s rare to find someone who combines strong product knowledge with genuine customer service, and Dina absolutely does. Because of her help, I feel confident and excited about my final selections. Floor & Decor Katy is lucky to have her—I’ll definitely be back and will ask for Dina again.
