Absolutely outstanding experience! We have used the End Of The Roll many times. This last time though was over the top in customer service. The service was prompt, professional, and exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Brendan was awesome. Very patient with us as we were undecided on size. After a few back and fourths and many samples we made the decision. We are still waiting for our delivery of the carpet but I'm confident of how this will go. Highly recommend!

I have known about End of the Roll from its very beginning in Edmonton. The franchise originators were trustworthy retailers. In our most recent flooring purchase we found Ron and Brendan to be of the same quality. The Kelowna store has both excellent selection and pricing. They come with my highest recommendation.

I have never experienced this level of kindness, patience, and genuine care anywhere else in the Okanagan. I immigrated from Germany 23 years ago, and in all that time, I have not come across service like this. Brendon showed an incredible level of understanding and humanity while helping me through a very difficult personal situation. He took the time, listened without judgment, and went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. This wasn’t just customer service — it was compassion, respect, and true professionalism. Third time using this location over the last 10 years the review is overdue! The family run vibe runs strong here! I needed a quick solution for some commercial stairs. Ron guided me with obvious years of experience and patience.The price was fantastic! bought on a Sunday and he had the installer there on Wednesday! Amazing!
