Darryl Willcox
Queen of Floors was wonderful, she was very patient as we choose our flooring and ensured we were happy with it. We were incredibly satisfied, we order countertop for a kitchen renovation, we love the quartz!!!! Incredibly happy with the countertop and the installtion. She was even able to help us with small pieces of backsplash for a bathroom. We will not hesitate to use Queen of Floors again and will happily recommend her to others.

I do not typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. The only reason this is not a 1-star review is because the work was ultimately completed.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Communication throughout the project was disorganized, inconsistent, and at times unclear. Costs and quotes were poorly communicated, which led to unexpected budget increases. Scheduling was similarly chaotic and difficult to follow, creating unnecessary stress and confusion.
We raised our concerns multiple times during the process, but there was little noticeable effort to address or improve the situation. While the final result was delivered, the journey to get there was far more frustrating than it should have been.
Based on our experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution and ensure expectations, timelines, and costs are clearly defined in writing from the outset.

The Queen of floors helped us get our kitchen counter tops when we were left in an unfortunate situation from a different company. Laura took great care of us right away and was able to get us the same counters we had originally picked for our project. She was a pleasure to deal with and made sure we were satisfied. The counters are beautiful and huge kudos to Dave, Jason, and Josh for their great handiwork and installation process. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. We are now so happy with our new Kitchen thanks to The Queen of Floors!!

Laura is a stand-up boss and awesome human overall. Got everything done on time and for a great price. Her knowledge and professionalism is second only to her outstanding customer service and patience and guidance with indecisive home owners. It is very nice to see a woman in this male dominated industry- Would very much recommend the Queen of Floors!

Laura and Henri were so wonderful to work with from the start to finish. Laura took care of us and took care of us like family. The counter top work was so beautiful and just adds so much life to our kitchen 100% recommend.
