We are so pleased with the products and service received at Underfoot Flooring, from the moment we stepped into the store, to final installation and follow up. We told the young lady in the store what kind of flooring we wanted, she showed us a few samples and instantly we made our decision with no regrets. Kevin came out that same afternoon to measure for flooring and gave advice on the bathroom cabinet for what we wanted. Siamak installed the flooring and did a wonderful job. Kevin came and installed the bathroom vanity and tower cabinet; looks beautiful. Counters were installed a few days later. We are very happy with Underfoot Flooring and are happy to recommend them to anyone.
Underfoot Flooring recently completed the replacement of countertops in my Osoyoos condo. I found this firm’s services to be exceptionally good.The job involved removal of a 3-decades-old tile surface, and cast-iron sink, and replacement with a laminated surface. The numerous angles and joins made detailed measuring a finicky challenge.The crews who tackled the demolition and installation were both very well organized. They arrived exactly when scheduled, and left the site very clean. They were polite and pleasant and finished the work well ahead of schedule.I found that when communicating with Underfoot’s consultant Polo Veintimilla, he never failed to return my calls, texts or emails within a very few minutes.Thank you, Underfoot. We are beyond thrilled with the work Polo and his team carried out from Underfoot flooring. They completely renovated and painted (Albert's Decorating) our primary bedroom's ensuite, which was original with the house, and also replaced the tile and tub in our guest bathroom. Underfoot, also replaced the old carpet with new flooring! The entire team was great to work with, and Polo ensured the project was completed in a reasonable time, providing constant updates to us throughout the project. I recommend him and the team! I have added some before (labelled) and after pictures - such a transformation!
Polo and his team built us a custom tiled walk-in shower, replaced our aging carpet, installed new vinyl flooring and baseboards, and updated our fireplace tiling. After an enthusiastic recommendation from friends who had contracted with Underfoot Flooring, we began the process at their showroom in Oliver and received excellent service to select the flooring. We were picky and they worked with us until we finalized what we wanted, never pressuring us and always giving us the information that we needed to make informed selections. We worked out an on-site assessment of the project. They then provided us with a detailed cost estimate and were patient with us when we wanted to make some changes during the installation. Polo's teams were excellent. These installers (flooring and tiling) minimized the disruptions, adapted to "discoveries" under the existing flooring, kept the rest of the house clean as they worked, and were professional and friendly. Polo kept us informed throughout the project. The results were even better than we could have expected. Polo conducted an inspection of the completed work before the bill was presented and it reflected the original estimate and any changes we had requested during the project. Our experience with Underfoot Flooring was excellent and we would recommend Polo and his teams unreservedly. It was nice to have a business from Oliver provide us great and seamless service in Midway.
