We visited the Kennesaw store after many visits to the Roswell location.Roswell has very pleasant helpful employees and the store is OK. Checking out always takes a very long time, usually one cashier who is very personable, which takes time and several employees standing around pleasantly watching.Oh My Gosh!!! Kennesaw was like hitting the jackpot!! The employees were amazingly helpful, "let me walk you to the area!"...the store was extremely tidy/clean/organized and well stocked!Check out a breeze and all cashiers pleasant and efficient! Thank you to all the employees for being amazing (managers too)!!
As a contractor , I have been previously a 90% Home Depot for everything customer , lumber, electrical, plumbing, flooring, tile, tools, etc.Seldom did we seek outside the convenience of a one-stop-stop, but this time boy am I glad I did.My company is doing a project custom finishing a basement. now we are on to building an invisible shower and planned tile in shower, but client wanted to explore affordability of walls as well.On a whim we decided to stop into Floor & Decor for giggles, planning to purchase an ocean colored tile pattern the client found at Home Depot.Upon entry the store is spacious, with tens of dozens more options to choose from. The retail price was more , but my client liked the pics texted but was worried as project already over budget.I asked if I might get a price match, and Kyle Walker obliged , thus earning my companies business. I showed the client the pieces we procured and she was thrilled.I can not wait to show y’all the finished product.TL;DR : we are quite pleased we checked Floor & Decor, and purchased an excellent looking product for a competitive price.We will now most definitely include them before the other stores in the rest of this renovation, as well as future basement finished and rehabs.Can’t speak highly enough about Kyle’s efforts to earn my business. He did today for years to come. Many kudos. 5-Stars!!
Paris was an angel! She was so helpful in assisting us with picking out tile, grout, and everything else needed for our bathroom remodel. She scanned everything while we were shopping so the checkout process was smooth and easy. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and gracious as she assisted us even after closing. Kevin was efficient, careful, and strong as he helped us load everything in our truck. We are very happy with the customer service and would go back and ask for Paris again and again!
Large selection was needed for renovation of several bathrooms. They’ve got a nice selection grout, tile Im multiple sizes, good prices and enough friendly sales people to assist at every corner. Served my needs as usual.
