Allen our salesman and his crew did a great job refinishing our white oak floor and installing a new white oak floor in our bedroom. Worked with us on timing so the job would be done while we were on vacation , gave us a fair price and fixed the couple of issues we had in a prompt and professional manner when we returned. Will probably use them again for some future projects. I would recommend using them.
Allen (Sales Manager) and Lucas/Ryan (Floor Installers) were exceptional from start to finish. Allen was efficient and thorough with his quote, we agreed on a start date and the team had it done same day. They fixed some floor squeaks along the way and made sure there was no mess left behind. Impeccable Floors went above and beyond my expectations and were competitively priced. My kitchen looks incredible!
I have been waiting to leave this review as I wanted to show off the new floors after painting. I had tile and engineered hardwood flooring removed from my new condo mid January. Kelly provided a quote to remove old flooring (including tile) and replaced with LVP that looks amazing! The quote was such a good price, I asked Kelly to come out again and to add the kitchen floors to the renovation. Pedro and his crew completed the work in 2 days, 1 day ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend this company, excellent customer service and a job that goes above and beyond. Thanks again!
Our experience with Impeccable Floors was great!! We first brought them in to refinish the hardwoods in one room, but the result was so spectacular, we immediately contracted them to do the rest of the house. Not only were they here when they said they'd be here, they finished almost a day earlier than we were told. The floors look amazing. We couldn't be happier.
