I had Corey scheduled to repair some laminate flooring that had come loose in my house. Before he came by he requested some pictures of the repair. After quickly reviewing them, he identified the problem, and gave me some quick and easy instructions to fix it, and I was done in 10 minutes. I really appreciated him taking the time to help me fix an issue that turned out to be a simple fix! I’d recommend him to anyone looking for new/repaired flooring!
Our floors got scratched from an appliance delivery. We called several companies for a quote and most places didn’t want to deal with it due to the size. Instead told us to either cover it or try and fill it in. Not what we wanted. Mr Hardwood did not hesitate to come out and give us a quote for what we wanted. On top of that they were very patient and stayed in touch as we worked with the appliance company on a damage claim. Once we made an appointment Joal came out and was super quick and made our floors look like new! He then vacuumed up behind him and thanked us! 5 stars to him too! Great company to work with!!! We had an exceptional experience with Mr. Hardwood for our recent flooring project. Corey and his team provided multiple estimates, patiently helping us choose the perfect hardwood floors and LVP flooring by bringing numerous samples to our home.The professional flooring installation was seamless. Their project manager, Joel, was incredibly communicative and organized, keeping us informed daily. The team's craftsmanship was outstanding; they installed new hardwood downstairs, sanded our existing floors, and then expertly color-matched all the hardwood to the LVP upstairs. The stair staining services tied everything together beautifully. We've received so many compliments on our new floors and how well they look.Corey's expertise was invaluable when we had a hidden water leak. His help with our flooring for water damage insurance claim was a lifesaver. He wrote a detailed letter to our insurance company, and without his professional opinion, we would still be battling them.For anyone seeking a trusted flooring contractor, we highly recommend Mr. Hardwood. Our experience was fantastic, and they are easily the best flooring company we have ever worked with.
I was referred to Mr. Hardwood by a friend & the experience was mixed. They do have fair pricing and overall, I think the wood looks amazing. The color matching to the existing flooring is perfect. But I wish the communication had been more direct. After the job was finished, I noticed one of the boards was cut short & the caulk fix was messy. I was dismissed when I brought it up, had to call the office to get it fixed. Also, painting the risers was never discussed with me so they were installed with stamps and marks on them. It made for an unfinished look & I had to finish it myself after their painter never followed up. While the finished project looks nice, it took quite a bit of extra work on my part to get it there.
Hesitant at first to commit to the floors, however, once they completed it, it does not even look like the same home! It changed the entire look the quality of their work was outstanding! Joel and his assistant were very punctual and very efficient and took care in moving all of our furniture, wrapping it Completing the job and then replacing all of our furniture to the exact location. We noticed that he had taken pictures of all of our furniture and where everything was located down to the sound bar from the TV and it’s connections. We would highly recommend this company 100%!
