Thus far Flooring, Renovations and more has been the smoothest transition since I started my home renovations 2 yrs ago. I have been through multiple agencies that has left me disappointed and over charges. As a single mother of five that can be very overwhelming and discouraging. From the moment I walk through the doors my needs were catered to.
Everyone from Dan, Ray , Mike and Mack helped me get over my anxieties. For those who know remodeling five bedrooms, three bath over 3100 sq ft home is no joke. So I appreciate them for being patient, answering all questions and being attentive. I give Floors Renovations and more a 10/10. Did I forget to mention tin they also helped me conduct a fund raiser to raise money for The Harker Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation center monthly event day. Thank you again

Floors,Renovations, and More, Inc. came to my rescue when another company went bankrupt. Two years ago I paid big dollars to have snap vinyl installed in our home, when they installed they did not apply plastic under the vinyl which over time would cause the vinyl to warp. During this time period the Floors or Us Company had went bankrupt, so we had no recourse, we thought. And then Daniel Hernandez started a new company named Floors Renovations and More in the same location as Floors or Us. After speaking with Daniel and telling him all about my situation he said I would like to come to your home and look at the situation. After looking at the flooring he told me he was going to totally correct the situation.
His company came in removed the flooring and replaced it with a new higher end quality vinyl. He only charged me the cost difference from the original vinyl and the new vinyl flooring cost which was a small amount and we were Not charged any labor etc.
We also received a full warranty from the manufacturer.
Daniel and his company Floors,Renovations, and More,Inc. went beyond the call of duty to make everything right for us.

Their team picked up, cleaned, and delivered a couple of area rugs from my office (high traffic areas). The rugs look brand new. I've had them cleaned many times before and they've never looked this good. The team that picked up/delivered was polite and personable. Would recommend 10/10! Call them for all of your flooring/cleaning needs!
