Thus far Flooring, Renovations and more has been the smoothest transition since I started my home renovations 2 yrs ago. Floors,Renovations, and More, Inc. came to my rescue when another company went bankrupt. Two years ago I paid big dollars to have snap vinyl installed in our home, when they installed they did not apply plastic under the vinyl which over time would cause the vinyl to warp. During this time period the Floors or Us Company had went bankrupt, so we had no recourse, we thought. And then Daniel Hernandez started a new company named Floors Renovations and More in the same location as Floors or Us. After speaking with Daniel and telling him all about my situation he said I would like to come to your home and look at the situation. After looking at the flooring he told me he was going to totally correct the situation.His company came in removed the flooring and replaced it with a new higher end quality vinyl. He only charged me the cost difference from the original vinyl and the new vinyl flooring cost which was a small amount and we were Not charged any labor etc.We also received a full warranty from the manufacturer.Daniel and his company Floors,Renovations, and More,Inc. went beyond the call of duty to make everything right for us.We Sincerely Thank Daniel and Company for their support, dedication, and honesty.This company is a very Honorable and Honest Company to do business with.We totally trust Daniel Hernandez and his company and we say again “Thank You.”If you desire Honesty and Integrity then Floors,Renovations,and More,Inc. is the correct choice for sure.God Bless This Company
Their team picked up, cleaned, and delivered a couple of area rugs from my office (high traffic areas). The rugs look brand new. I've had them cleaned many times before and they've never looked this good. The team that picked up/delivered was polite and personable. Would recommend 10/10! Call them for all of your flooring/cleaning needs!
