I had an amazing experience with Technique Flooring From start to finish! Rich was attentive and very knowledgeable! The pricing was very reasonable! The crew that worked on my floor were very polite and finished in a great time! Would definitely recommend them to everyone!
Because we were moving out of our rental property, we had to have our carpet professionally cleaned. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and we were able to get a quick appointment. Paying on the day of the cleaning was also very straightforward. Derek and Vincent (I hope I got the names right) were the two who did the cleaning, and they were incredibly nice people. Derek explained the process to me and how they would proceed, and he took before and after pictures. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it smelled so good after they were finished. The whole thing didn't take long, about 45 minutes. We had already done some preliminary work, like vacuuming the carpet, to make it easier for them.If I ever need this company again, I will definitely use them again. I will also recommend them to others, because I was very satisfied with the final result.
I forgot to take after photos of the carpet in the rental house we used to live in. This is the before pictures. My cat torn up our carpets and Technique Flooring and Restoration did a GREAT job making it look like it never happened. It was affordable price to get 3 different rooms patched up. $189.44.We were able to receive our security deposit back from our rental company.
This business was recommended by my best friend. He said his son works here, so I decided to give them a try, plus they had a good 3-room special going on. Drew came earlier than expected, which was perfect timing for me. He was very kind and polite. He took his time in all three living rooms. He did not rush this job. He answered a few questions for me and because of that, I will be recommending his services and reaching back for him to do more in my home. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We absolutely love our new floors.The crew started working on Monday morning as we had requested and finished on Wednesday. They were very careful in disassembling and reassembling our furniture.Also enjoyed working with the staff and special thanks to Mr.Rich King for helping us decide on the flooring.
