We have purchased flooring from Kingston Flooring World for a new custom home build and renovations at two rental properties. Mark and the team have never disappointed. You won’t be able to find the level of service and experience anywhere else. Not to mention the options! They must have the largest flooring showroom in eastern Ontario with endless options of flooring types and colours to choose from. Given the showroom and my personal experience at Kingston Flooring World, I recommend them to all.

They've never hesitated to let me take home tons of samples to see how they look in my space with different lighting. Everything with my purchase of a custom area rug was perfect! Christine was absolutely great! - friendly and courteous without being at all overbearing and very helpful in providing tips on my carpet colour choices, the under pad, and most importantly on how to determine the size I needed and wanted. There was no hassle in taking home carpet samples which was a great help. Christine was equally diligent in keeping in touch. The area rug was exactly as ordered with the binding subtly done in just the right colour. The man who delivered the area rug and under pad was fabulous. I'm very pleased with my experience with Kingston Flooring World and would highly recommend them.
Bought a remnant from Mark! He was amazing and gave me an great deal . Also dealt with Cora who was very polite and helpful. On the other hand though I would have given the store 5 stars but a blonde lady who works there was extremely rude to me until Mark came along. Great quality for the price!
