I was lucky to get ahold of Jaison earlier this year as I was working on a DIY engineered hardwood flooring install on the upper level of my house. My subfloor had more peaks and valleys than the Himalayas and after a week of trying to level them out I was ready to give up and move. Luckily, Jaison was nice enough to fit me into his schedule and found time to stop by for a day and help get my subfloor in awesome shape before I proceeded with installing the flooring. He was accommodating in his schedule, responsive to texts/calls, and had a reasonable price for excellent work. The floor has been fully installed for about 7 months now and there isn't a single noticeable high or low point in the floor, and the locking mechanisms have held up perfectly. I will definitely be using Jaison's services for future flooring jobs.
I would recommend North Point Flooring to anyone. Jaison re-did the floors on our lower level in engineered hardwood, and a tiled entrance area. He was responsive to our request for a quote and provided us with a quote quickly. He was professional, listened to our concerns and worked with us to make a plan. He was the best price out of three quotes, was the quickest to do the install, and the most receptive to what we were looking for. There was great communication throughout the process. The end product had incredible attention to detail, he ensured every aspect of the install was flawless, including the trim pieces. Very happy with our floors now, and the entire process.
