I truly cannot say enough amazing things about The Benefit Flooring Group. What they did in our home was beyond impressive.

They removed around 1,000 square feet of tile in just ONE day — and anyone who knows flooring understands how intense and messy tile demolition can be. But their team worked with such efficiency, organization, and professionalism that the entire process felt smooth and stress-free.

The new flooring and baseboards completely transformed our home. The attention to detail is what really sets them apart — every edge, every transition, every finish was done beautifully. You can see the pride they take in their craftsmanship.

Highly professional, honest, and always on time. From the very first conversation, they respected everything that was agreed upon and delivered exactly what my property needed, nothing less.

Their work was clean, communication was excellent, and the pricing was fair. These qualities are surprisingly rare these days, and they truly stand out for their professionalism.

In my project, they installed vinyl planks, patched a vinyl sheet, and replaced a bathroom sink. Every single task was executed perfectly.

I recently had Benefit Flooring install tile throughout my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Jose, the owner, handled the inspection and sales process with professionalism and honesty. He even coordinated picking up and delivering the tile for me, which made things so much easier.

During the project, we discovered water damage under the previous flooring. Jose gave me a clear, professional explanation of the issue and offered a practical solution that ensured everything was done the right way. Not just the fast way.

I truly appreciated that.

A huge shoutout to Victor and his dad who handled the installation. Their workmanship is outstanding, and they treated my home with respect. I normally do not feel comfortable having people in my home when I’m not there, but I felt completely at ease with them. They are trustworthy, hardworking, and genuinely great people.

I always dread dealing with any service companies, as I have had quite a few nightmare experiences in my many years.
But Jose, and The Benefit Flooring, were recommended to me by my realtor when I bought my new home.
I met with him and got a quote that was quite below what I was expecting. I worried about the quality of the work and product.
I was something of a 'high maintenance' customer when it came to picking the floor material. Jose was incredibly patient and kind. He spent hours trying to find something like what I described. I found what I wanted at a major chain supply store and, even though he doesn't normally use them, he said, "No problem", I want you to have what you want and be happy."
Installation went smoothly. They installed two new toilets and handicap grab bars for me as well.
I LOVE my new floors and now I really love my new home ?
Thank you Jose and the team that did the work!
If I ever need ANY other work done on my house, I am definitely calling you first!
