I always dread dealing with any service companies, as I have had quite a few nightmare experiences in my many years.But Jose, and The Benefit Flooring, were recommended to me by my realtor when I bought my new home.I met with him and got a quote that was quite below what I was expecting. I worried about the quality of the work and product.I was something of a 'high maintenance' customer when it came to picking the floor material. Jose was incredibly patient and kind. He spent hours trying to find something like what I described. I found what I wanted at a major chain supply store and, even though he doesn't normally use them, he said, "No problem", I want you to have what you want and be happy."Installation went smoothly. They installed two new toilets and handicap grab bars for me as well.I LOVE my new floors and now I really love my new home ?Thank you Jose and the team that did the work!If I ever need ANY other work done on my house, I am definitely calling you first!
