Not a positive experience working with grand valley tile. Zero accountability and no customer support whatsoever with Paul. We're not sure if your overwhelmed or simply don't care. Would never use again and certainly cannot recommend if you're looking for a smooth, comfortable and reassuring experience.

Sara, Joanne and the rest of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, They helped me undertake my DIY renovation/upgrade of an outdated, 2-piece main floor powder room to a 3-piece (added a curbed shower) bathroom. Thanks for the solid service and encouragement!
