We were extremely impressed with the professional customer service we received. The whole team right from when we walked in the showroom door until the job was finished exceeded our expectations. These men did a beautiful job!!! We are so happy with the final look. The white oak done with a natural finish is truly stunning!! We had a few bumps along the way (with our original floor) but the team at Len Koeble flooring stepped up and completed the job replacing our entire flooring at no additional cost. My partner and I have been extremely happy with Glen's knowledge, patience and professionalism. I really couldn't recommend a company more. His quote was very reasonable and out of the 3 others we had in, he had the most experience with older homes in our area. Despite our own lengthy period of indecision, Glen remained super friendly and professional.
