I had to wait a few extra days due to their schedule being busy all the time. But this exists for a reason. The attention to detail, integrity of the workers, workmanship, communication has all been great. Any concern or question I had I was always assured and/given more detail for understanding. Due to the size of the job , as well as the handrail and stair treads/banister/railing replacement, it was a job that I visited often to check in. Construction is construction but they met our timeline, budget, and end goals for redoing our floors.
Auten wide plank flooring does amazing work. They did all the white oak hardwood in my new build and they are beautiful. Everyone who comes over comments on their beauty. The oil finish they use is unmatched. Don’t hesitate to use them!

His installers were professional, efficient and respectful of our job site. During the installation he was very responsive to all our questions and guided us through the process. Chip and his crew just finished up redoing the entirety of the floors in our new house. We are blown away by how amazing they turned out. Our project was converting the color from Honey oak to a dark brown. The color is consistent throughout the house and there isn’t one complaint we have with the job they did. He and his crew were also outstanding, keeping the house as clean as possible for the duration of the project. In addition, to bring clean and doing exceptional work every one was friendly and respectful of our home. Their attention to details on small things like thresholds and vent covers were over the top. I cannot give enough accolades to Auten Flooring and the work they did in our house. They were referred to us and we will be referring them to everyone we know who is redoing their floors.
