Robin was very easy to work with on getting an estimate. Multiple other companies would not even respond or follow up. They were able to get me on the schedule faster then I expected. Floors were sanded, stained and sealed and all was finished today. Floors look awesome! Jeff did an amazing job on refinishing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks.
The installer crew was respectful of our home, quiet and worked all day until the install of our new carpet was completed. We didn’t make our choice based on the price we made the choice based on Robin spending time with us and explaining all the options we had showing us different samples. My husband and I moved to Seymour almost 2 years ago and found a home we love. The only drawback was it was carpeted throughout the home with a builders grade carpeting. We had been looking at flooring at all the big box stores but never felt we were getting answers to some of the questions we had. Then my husband remembered calling Floor Coverings Int. about a year and a half ago about a different project and he liked their honesty. He called and scheduled for Robin to come out and show us some flooring samples. Robin was very friendly and he helped us with a few options that would look good in our home. We chose a beautiful flooring and the team did a great job installing it. They were professional, respectful and they cleaned up after they finished.We love our new flooring. It transformed our home.
Very satisfied with Robin. He was patient, visited with us multiple times and made sure we picked the right floors and color we would love. It turned out amazing! We have been so very impressed with Floor Coverings International since the first day we met them. They are polite, honest, professional and pleasant to work with. Through several conversations and meetings, we developed a great confidence in Robin and his crew. Robin gave us some great ideas and suggestions for our kitchen and den floors. He has a great eye for color, decor, and making suggestions. Once we picked out our flooring, our installation date was promptly set.
