Frazier’s has been a wonderful company to work with. To begin, we had a great salesperson for our selection of laminate flooring. B.J. was great. He allowed us to take a couple of samples home to see how they looked in our home. He then came to measure for us to ensure we got the amount we needed. When we decided, he ordered it immediately and it was able to be installed in 2 weeks. The installer was Mike D. He and his helper, Connor, were great. They did an excellent job and we could not be any more satisfied.
Just had Coretec premium Grande Goldin Oak floors installed by Fraziers and couldn’t be happier. Andrew our sales guy was a pleasure to work with! He worked so hard to get the floors installed by the date I needed. He went above and beyond to make me happy! I also can’t say enough great things about our installer Tre and his crew. Their attention to detail putting the floor down was impeccable. I would definitely use them again in the future!!
The folks at Frazier's made the selection and installation process seemless (pun intended!). Emma, our sales associate, was kind and listened to what we had in mind for our house before showing us a nice variety of options. Frazier's had one style of carpet we wanted for our basement in stock, and Emma was able to get that part of the job scheduled promptly (approximately 1 week later); the carpet for our bedrooms upstairs had to be ordered, but it came in the next week and again, Emma got us scheduled the following week. The first job took 3 days (large basement area) while the bedrooms/closets took 2 days.The installation guys, Kevin and Justin, did a great job too! They were on time, cordial, and let me know how they were progressing each day. They even moved some furniture downstairs that I was supposed to move, but because I was mowing my yard, they didn't want to bother me; really nice of them.If we need flooring again, we will almost certainly go to Frazier's.PS - I was born and raised in Knoxville and can still sing the Frazier's jingle, word for word (not out loud, of course, just in my head).
Beautiful job! Zach was great to work with in getting measurements and quote and was very responsive to questions I had. He provided recommendations and helped with making decisions to enable us to choose carpet and padding that balanced quality and our budget and needs.The installers were experienced and did a wonderful job. They paid attention to detail and took pride in their work. I’ve used other places like Lowe’s and Home Depot in the past to save a couple of bucks but installation was bad and ended up having to replace way sooner that I should have because the carpet wasn’t stretched properly. I highly recommend Frazier’s!!
We love our new floors! Evan was our sales person who guided us in our purchase of flooring and was excellent to deal with. He even worked with our insurance company since this was a claim due to water damage. His communication was excellent with us, and he was very knowledgeable about the LVP flooring we chose.Daryl and Chris were the installers and they did a great job. We did do a lot of the detail work ourselves such as painting the molding and the toe boards. We also had to take apart our railing for the flooring to fit underneath it.Overall, we would recommend Frazier’s to anyone looking to have flooring installed!
