Great experience with Palm Tree. A contractor I was working with asked me to me him there and he never showed up (and was unprofessional throughout). After showing me some great cabinet options, I remarked on how the no-show was the last straw and I was firing the contractor, but would keep their number and samples for the next one I hired. They told me they do remodels too and I invited them in for a quote. From that point on my remodel became a series of successes. I'd spoken to so many contractors and the folks at Palm were incredibly helpful, had wonderful design ideas and went above and beyond to design customizations for my atypical requirements. They had great advice throughout the process, the workers were great, and the job came out fantastic. A kitchen, full bath, and half bath full remodel, with extensive repairs to ceilings, walls, and floors in the living room, office, and basement. Plumbing, lighting, natural gas install, appliances, sheetrock, paint, flooring, you name it and we had it done, and Palm did an excellent job with it. Victor, Grace, and all the staff were wonderful. The house is so much better thanks to the skill, service, flexibility, and suggestions of the folks at Palm. It's hard to find any contractors these days, let alone ones that are great at their craft and so pleasant to work with. Thank you so much!
We had a great experience with Palm Tree Flooring in Knoxville. They redid our flooring and cabinets and also helped with installing our countertops, and everything turned out beautifully. After we had some flooring damage, they went above and beyond to help us find the exact flooring we were looking for, design the cabinet layout, and make sure everything came together seamlessly. Since I was living in an Airbnb at the time, they worked as quickly as possible to get everything completed, which I truly appreciated. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and the quality of their work really shows. The experience we had with Palm Tree was the definition of above and beyond.We were buying a home and wanted to replace carpet in some of the rooms while trying to match some discontinued flooring. Thankfully, the sellers were able to provide us a sample so that we could shop before the closing.While all the other stores in Knoxville just tried to get us to buy something they already offered, Palm Tree set up a new account with the manufacturer of the original flooring to order samples of 3 different options that we thought might be the closest match. We were able to choose our favorite and have it ordered for a quick delivery.They were willing to come out to our house on Friday evening the day that we closed to let the flooring start acclimating to its new environment to get installed ASAP before our scheduled move.The install the following week went very smoothly and we are extremely pleased with the finished product.Fantastic all around experience.

Even when we faced construction delays and unexpected challenges, they remained patient, professional, and accommodating. Palm tree flooring is a great company. Grace and Victor put their costumers first. It was my first time designing a kitchen and I had no idea what I wanted. They spent a lot of time working to make sure I get exactly what I liked. I was able to also feel no pressure from them. They gave me samples to take home as I compared prices and checked out 3 other companies. I decided to use them not only because of their great prices but also because they are experienced and knowledgeable in kitchen and floor Design. Another reason I went with them is because of the high-quality material that they sell. It shows that they really care about the standard and don’t just sell anything. They have great customer service. They quickly replied to every text or email that I sent, and always answer the phone. Due to the great communication, I was Aware of everything that was going on every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Palm tree flooring for your next remodel.
