The actual floor installers did a great job on install. However, the office staff is another story. Late for appointments, no show, and no calls. We finally got a bid from them when I called and reminded them that they missed our appt.A month later we got our wood floors done and we’re please with the outcome EXCEPT we have been missing a transition strip that divides the bedroom from the bathroom. This was promised to us 4 months ago. We made many calls and left numerous voicemails with no response. Finally, out of the blue, we get a call asking if we were satisfied with our service. Haha. Nope! My husband told her that we are still missing a transition strip and her response was “I will get on this asap and get back to you tomorrow. That was 4 weeks ago and still nothing.I think this company needs new personnel running the establishment. They are unreliable and very unprofessional.
We had a great experience working with Rey at Floor King in San Marcos. From the selection process to the installment, we had a pretty comfortable experience.Rey was accommodating to our schedules and kept us up to date on everything.We also had a very good experience with the actual floor installers, Steven Ibarra and his crew did an outstanding job. The floors are beautiful and the quality of the work is evident.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism we received. Rey has a great team. We had to have all the floors replaced in the house because the builders team did not do a good job. Our floors started exploding putting us in a real bind but Rey was very knowledgeable and in the end I ended up getting very good flooring for a very reasonable price during an extremely difficult situation. They made the whole process easy and now I am recommending them to my clients for my business as well. I cannot say enough good things about their services. I have attached some pictures. The flooring I choose looks just like my other flooring. From the pic, you can't tell they are two different material.
It was a no stress, no pressure, easy experience. Rey was very accommodating from showing us the carpet samples, measuring the rooms, and setting up the installation. The installers did a wonderful job. They were very efficient and were very accommodating to our timeline. Overall, we are very happy with the experience with Floor King and the quality of the product.
On April 3rd My wife and I hired The Floor King to do our tile foyer, bathroom, and consultation on our kitchen. Today I have given it some time and WOW!!!! The work they have done is so amazing! We are so pleased as to the quality of the materials and the labor we will make them our go to from now on. Ray was our representative at Floor King and was nothing short of amazing himself in his design ideas and product selection. Many times you buy the product, but sometimes it's more important to buy the store first.
