As a REALTOR it is important who you recommend and refer to your clients. I referred Josiah to my sellers who inherited a home but they didn't live in the area. So they needed everything taken care of and needed a reliable and trustworthy flooring person to do that. Josiah and his team were amazing! They took out the awful cat pee, fecies stained, smelly carpet and installed similar color carpet. It was perfect!They even made a deal to get some of the rest of the payment at closing which helped the family out as they didn't have the upfront funds to get the flooring done. Highly recommend them!
