This place is great. I went into the showroom thinking I had narrowed down what I wanted. A quick conversation with Jeremy and I realize how much I was missing. It took me a few showroom visits including chats with Jeremy before I was able to pick out a floor. The flooring material (laminate), vapor barrier, and baseboard were priced right on target for me. My order was in stock faster than I expected (under 2 weeks).

Those Floor Guys did the install. A 3-man team completed the whole job in a day; old floor (carpet) and baseboard removed, floor prep, and new floor and baseboard installed. It was about 550 sqft in total. I was very impressed. It looks great.

When it comes time to do the floors in the next section of the house, I'm going right back to Flooring Outlet Center and Those Floor Guys.

We just got our house retiled with The Flooring Outlet Center. The first step was getting the guys out to measure the total square footage. They were out within days of the inquiry and gave the pricing needed during the quote so we knew exactly what was needed. Then picking out the tile was easy. Jeremy let us take tile samples home for however long we needed so we could pick the exact tile we wanted. After ordering the tile he allowed us to keep it in the warehouse for as long as we needed due to the volatility of our jobs. Once we decided to have the flooring done, communication with Lee and picking the dates was easy. Communication is direct and concise - just what I like. They retiled the whole house (about 1500 sq feet). Tile is completely level and only a few (2) touch ups were needed the day after completion. I will always use Jeremy and Lee for any flooring needs in the future and I will refer them to my friends as well. Outstanding work!

We recently completed a flooring project and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The Flooring Outlet made the purchasing process seamless—they showed us a wide range of options and helped us find the perfect flooring at a competitive price. Their team was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us make the right choice.

Installation was handled by Those Flooring Guys, and they were absolutely phenomenal. From the start, Lee was incredibly helpful in planning out the project. He walked us through every step, explained the process clearly, and even broke the project into phases to accommodate our timeline. When the installers arrived, they treated our home with the utmost care and respect, as if it were their own.

Their attention to detail was outstanding, and the final result was beautiful—our new floors look amazing. We’ve done several remodeling projects over the years, and this is the first time everything went smoothly from start to finish. The level of professionalism and service we received was top-notch. Highly recommend both The Flooring Outlet and Those Flooring Guys!

These guys are amazing and the process was smooth. Jeremy was great. We appreciated his knowledge on the products it helped us make an informed decision on which flooring to get. We have pets, kids, and of course we wanted something to flow well on the stairs.

The install itself was seamless. Lee’s team, Those Floor Guys, also walked us through the timeline, aftercare, and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

We’ve done projects in the past and these guys exceeded our expectations!

Now we’re looking forward to completing the rest of the rooms in the house. If you’re like us and looking for a company these guys are it. 10/10
