Update:  While I had to ask, I received a refund for the materials and a partial refund for labor.  I kept going back/forth with Derrick on giving me a refund as he stated that his boss would give me new materials and there was mention of deleting my review. Deleting my review felt contingent on them issuing me a refund, but Derrick refuted this. I asked for his boss's number, but instead Derrick stated that his boss would call me.  That never happened and a refund was issued. Sad his boss didn't take time to speak to me or respond to this review.

I am disappointed to have to leave a negative review, but this experience absolutely deserves one. On January 15, 2026, Robert and his crew installed sheet vinyl to my kitchen / hallway.

After Robert and his crewed finished, I shockingly noticed bubbles near the refrigerator. He tried to fix it, but to no avail. Later that evening, I noticed more bubbles in different locations and sent photos to Robert. He said that he would fix the bubbles the next day. I let him know that I would leave the door open and asked for him to turn the lights out when he finished.

However, he came/left, left the lights on, and said that he would need to come another day as he did not have all materials needed. How could he not be prepared when I had explained what needed to be done along with sending photos? Two days later, he came and still there were two areas that had bubbles.  Also, he did not hammer down two thresholds in which it felt like I stepped on nails. And one threshold was chipped when the refrigerator was moved. It all seemed like a rush job.

I called on (January 22, 2026) and explained the issues still present. The guy I spoke with said I should do a walk-through with Robert next time. Robert should inspect his work before he finishes. I should not have had to come behind him and find issues.

Four more times, Robert came to my house to fix bubbles, glueing down areas, and they were still present. A couple of times he came and didn't have the supplies he needed--blank trip. He always made excuses of not being prepared. Also, I noticed horizontal / vertical lines in the flooring--something that should never happen with a properly installed floor.  No attention to detail was given at all.

I called and spoke to Derrick and asked him to visit my home to take a look at the work that had been done.  Robert and Derrick arrived on February 16 and Robert stated that the horizontal/vertical lines were present because of the flooring underneath and plywood would resolve the issue.

I asked why didn't he mention that prior to installing and he stated that he wanted to save me money. And here we are, a month later and my floors still are not fixed.  I should have been given all information so that I could have made an informed decision, instead of him cutting corners. Robert stated that he would contact me later that day and days later I have not heard from him. I had to initiate a call today (February 19) to give feedback.

I have been more than patient as I gave them several chances to rectify this and make this right.

I have no trust / confidence in this company and I am going to have to hire someone else to do the job that should have been done correctly the first time.

This was one of the worst experiences (if not worst) experiences I have ever had.  Horrible! Awful! Time and money wasted!

Robert nor Derrick offered me an apology for poor workmanship.

Even more frustrating was the lack of accountability and professionalism. They had a nonchalant attitude. I felt like they did not care and my concerns were brushed off, and obvious flaws were dismissed instead of corrected. Quality installers take pride in their work — this felt like someone just trying to get in and out as fast as possible.

If you value professionalism, precision, and basic craftsmanship, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This was an expensive lesson in what poor workmanship looks like.

This is how you treat a 23-year military veteran?

I will never use them again!

Derrick was absolutely amazing! We told him what we needed. He helped us all the way through. The two companies that installed the carpet and the flooring for both amazing. They were extremely professional! Will definitely be using them again.

These guys were great. They took the time to speak with us and see what kind of carpet we were looking for. They even gave us samples to take home and see how it would look. The installer that we had was Excellent he came in did what he had to do vacuumed before leaving. The prices , service professional were great.
