We recently installed luxury vinyl in our finished basement from Floor Coverings International. Our sales person Darrell was extremely helpful in showing us what was best for our floor choices. His digital tool allowed us to see our choices using a picture he had taken of the area. When we had more questions, he came back and showed us some more choices. We decided to move forward!The installers, Darrel and James came about a week later and started to prep the concrete floor for installation. They discussed with us what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions. They completed the project over two days and did a great job. They went above and beyond what was originally planned for, and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome!Floor Coverings International is a local company with great people. They communicate well and do what they say they’re going to do. We highly recommend this company if you need flooring installed in your home.
Jamie came out to measure and gave me an estimate. He was very professional and personable. I was especially impressed with the digital measuring equipment he had and the accuracy of it. I found the exact plank color and quality that I was looking for and Jamie went above and beyond to coordinate installation. Daryl came in on installation day and immediately took charge of my project which really gave me peace of mind. The installation was very professional and we are really happy with the finished product. The floor is beautiful and I consider myself blessed that I was able to find an honest group of people that did what they said they were going to do!
We have worked with FCI twice in our home and would happily work with them again if we ever needed to. Their sales people and installers have been wonderful. Respectful, professional, kind, and safe. I’ve genuinely enjoyed having them in our home. In 2023 they installed stone core LVP in approx 3500 sqft in I believe 4 days and every inch of it looks incredible. The speed was doubly appreciated as our home was a fixer upper and uninhabitable due to the putrid floors the house came with. Most recently, we finished our bathrooms and our sales person, Jamie, and our installer, Ken, were fantastic. Informative, helpful, and all around good people.
Flooring International was amazing to work with from the sales rep Darrel to the installers. They were the ONLY company out of 3 that couldLocate the exact floor we wanted. They are very professional and personal. They also installed 3 rooms in less than two full days and also setup our install date less than 10 days from picking out our floor.I would highly recommend this company and we will use them in the future.
This company has the best sales personal and tradesmen. Their selection is outstanding and pricing is very reasonable. I have used them for several flooring tile jobs and the craftsmanship is outstanding. The gentlemen who installed this time noticed an issue we had with water damage. They brought it to our attention so we could have it repaired. They rescheduled our installation at a later date to give us time for the repair and did not charge us any additional money for the delay. The gentlemen were very polite and cleaned up the site once completed with the installation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants qualify products and service.
