I was referred by a satisfied friend of mine so i was excited to finally find someone realiable and efficient!! Every other place ive gotten free estimates from came out showed me samples of what would match against my kitchen floors/ceiling molding then measured and gave me estimates...the guy that called me basically told me i had to come to the store to see what there is like how would i see if it matches my house I thought companies brought out samples and help pick the right colors ect. To me it seemed like he didnt wanna come out to peninsula to give me an estimate anyway I told him never mind I would just find a different place and he said ok bye! How rude!

They sold me dirty carpet!! When I first vacuumed after installation, it was full of dust and dirt! When I brought it to Terry the owner’s attention he was very nice and came out and looked at it. However, he had no explanation and no recourse. This was after spending almost $5000 on carpeting and installation! Additionally, I could see seam in the carpeting. He said he would send the installers to fix it, but they never showed. I would not recommend at all.

I cannot even begin to explain how satisfied I am with the job they did. They had a somewhat hard time removing the "builder grade" junk that was in my house.

They worked around all of that, and the final result is very nice job !!
