Reviews frequently mention helpful, knowledgeable showroom staff who guide product choices and keep the process moving. Several customers note professional installers and clean results, though a few cite scheduling delays and concerns about warranty coverage for subcontracted installation. Overall sentiment trends positive on selection and in-store assistance, with mixed feedback around post-sale expectations.
I would not recommend this company to anyone! Beware of the shady sales reps that give you false information just to get a sale. Make sure to ask for all the documentation on the warranty and read all of the fine print before committing to the company. Don't trust anything you hear from anyone with this company until you read all the fine print. They do not warranty the subcontracted installation. You will more than likely get a subcontractor installing your floors that doesn’t speak any English so communication is impossible unless you speak another language thoroughly. Closet doors I guess are on the home own to reinstall not the installation team. If the carpet is not stretched properly then you will have to pay another professional to come back and fix it. The only stains they will cover are specifically for food and beverage so when your two your old gets into zinc diaper rash cream don’t call this company for help unless you want the GM to laugh at you and tell you that’s like finger nail polish it’s never going to look the same and once again will cost more money to fix. This company is just like Empire Flooring, both are garbage companies that I hope go under one day due to poor customer service and backing their product. Good luck in your search and if you go with them good luck with your experience because mine was terrible!
Selecting new carpeting can be daunting, but our experience with Carpet Mill Outlet was superb! The carpet selections were very adequate. The salesperson (Donna) was knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. The installers (Baltizar and Ken) were professional. Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations.
From my relationship with Donna, helping us choose the perfect carpet, then setting up the install. The gentleman that did our install were incredible knowledgeable, and took great care and making sure our baseboards and walls were not damaged. The pattern matched up perfectly. They made sure we were happy with everything then cleaned up before they left. Would recommend Carpet Mill for any of your flooring needs!
Le Elda was extremely helpful and very patient with and our chronic indecision over flooring. Though we had Champaign taste on a beer budget, she worked with us in finding the right flooring options that made sense for us.The selection at Carpet Mill is very impressive! We selected carpet for our living room and downstairs bedroom and hardwood flooring for our master bedroom. The carpet was professionally installed (though scheduling it took a bit longer than we expected) and we are very happy with the quality of the product and the installation. The wood flooring we will install ourselves, but the quality of the engendered hardwood so far seems very good. We’ll be installing it in the coming weeks and posting some pics when it is complete. We have no reservations recommending Carpet Mill in Evergreen and we would definitely come back.
We love this place! First we bought a large area rug at a super price. Then--after multiple trips to match carpet to ever-changing colors during our home remodel, we ultimately settled on gorgeous carpet that just happened to be on sale. Donna helped us each time--and although she was probably sick of our numerous visits--was consistently friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Carpet Mill Outlet is lucky to have her! The installation was seamless (no pun intended) with the installers arriving on time, doing quality work, and leaving the areas exceptionally clean. We will definitely return for future flooring needs.
