Pete was extremely helpful, easy to work with.and went above and beyond to be sure we were pleased with the new floor. The project was completed within the time and cost originally estimated and is beautiful! We laced in an old floor with new wood and you would never know by looking at it. Beautiful job! My experience with Colorado Hardwood Floors was not a particularly pleasant one. I paid CHF to refinish 1250 sq ft of flooring including some repair work, stain, and bona hd traffic finish. This work began on Monday 10/30. For most of that week, I only had one worker that was at my house. This meant work wasn't even completed until the following Tuesday, 11/07! Very frustrating as I had already taken two weeks off work at that point. According to their website, a typical hardwood floor refinish takes anywhere from 2-4 days from start to finish depending on the size and complexity.

In the end, the floors do look much better. But there are still some minor things and I can see sanding machine marks greeting me in my living room in the right light. By the time they were finished, I just wanted my house back.

I don't know if they were understaffed at the time or what, but with the lack of work early in the project, I feel as though the job was too rushed to finish that quality diminished.
