Colorado Hardwood Floors refinished our whole main level this past week and the experience was everything you would hope for. The crew worked efficiently and the result is an updated, beautiful floor. The whole team was consistently responsive, including with our follow-up questions.
My experience with Colorado Hardwood Floors was not a particularly pleasant one. I paid CHF to refinish 1250 sq ft of flooring including some repair work, stain, and bona hd traffic finish. This work began on Monday 10/30. For most of that week, I only had one worker that was at my house. This meant work wasn't even completed until the following Tuesday, 11/07! Very frustrating as I had already taken two weeks off work at that point. According to their website, a typical hardwood floor refinish takes anywhere from 2-4 days from start to finish depending on the size and complexity.In the end, the floors do look much better. But there are still some minor things and I can see sanding machine marks greeting me in my living room in the right light. By the time they were finished, I just wanted my house back.I don't know if they were understaffed at the time or what, but with the lack of work early in the project, I feel as though the job was too rushed to finish that quality diminished.
Colorado Hardwood Floors are amazing! From the time we called to inquire up until the finish, everyone was great. Open communication, professionalism and courtesy among everyone. We remodeled our 5th wheel and it was a unique project. The installer, Victor, did not miss a beat and the floors look amazing! We are truly happy with everything!
