Michelle, Randy, and the entire team did a great job replacing the carpeting and baseboard at my property! Michelle was fantastic to work with running through the urgency of the situation (prior tenant damage) and was really sympathetic. Randy was professional and personable on-site and understood quickly with a lot going on I was very happy to trust his opinion. Custom Flooring got the job done fast, on-schedule, and at a reasonable price. I'm really happy with how the carpet and baseboard turned out and it's a complete 180 from before! We had significant water damage in our home last year and have had the pleasure of having them replace our floors and then remodel our bathroom and shower. Luis and his crew did a great job installing new carpet. We worked with Michelle as well for pricing and all worked out very well. We would recommend this company any day. They are very professional and we would rather work with the local guy anyhow. Prices were very reasonable.
Wow. I couldn't be happier with my new Hickory hardwood floors. Every person I interacted with at Custom Flooring Specialists was so friendly and helpful. The ladies in the showroom in downtown Arvada were very kind and patient and had great suggestions. The owners & coordinators were also really personable and informative. I was most impressed by the installation crew. They worked hard and did such an amazing job keeping my house clean and protecting furniture and the new floors while they worked. They really cared about attention to detail, and there were zero areas in the house that needed to be addressed after they were done. Everything was also done on schedule.I should mention the company ripped out a bunch of carpet, tile, and old wood, and then installed wood and did my stairs. The quality of their work was just excellent all around. The pricing was also straightforward, and Custom Flooring Specialists had lower quotes than some other companies I contacted with similar reviews. I'll be calling them back when it comes time to do bathroom tile. I highly recommend this outstanding local business!
