Michelle was fantastic to work with running through the urgency of the situation (prior tenant damage) and was really sympathetic. Randy was professional and personable on-site and understood quickly with a lot going on I was very happy to trust his opinion. Custom Flooring got the job done fast, on-schedule, and at a reasonable price. I'm really happy with how the carpet and baseboard turned out and it's a complete 180 from before!
