Wow! A great company that cares about their customers. They installed our floors a few years ago and still came back to repair a few tiles that were defected. Quick and very professional. Go with this company if you’re considering a new floor and you will be floored with the quality of work they do.
Overall, DGS was timely, friendly, and very straightforward. Didn’t cause a lot of drama with issue scheduling or getting things set up. I got an accurate quote and was scheduled within a few days. I noticed the threshold through one of the bathrooms seemed to give a little more than I liked. DGS came to check it out and said that it was fine. I’m still a little worried but they’re the pros. If anything happens I’ll call them.Overall the flooring looks good. Installed timely which was nice. I did notice in different areas just little damages that weren’t there because. So they could be a little more careful. But nothing major so not a huge problem honestly. Again they did everything we asked of them and very quickly. KC was always very helpful and timely with text responses. Overall the process was easy and quick. Would recommend for sure.

From the 1st day when we met Casey at the shop he made us feel like we can trust DSG business. He walked us through the process, line items & exactly what to expect from start to finish. Casey & Elijah checked in on the progress of the work consistently. The installers have decades of experience. The installers are true mathematicians the way they laid the tile to ensure a consistent flow which was not easy to accomplish in a home so complex like ours. Overall, a highly recommended DSG.
I called several flooring businesses for estimates and DGS was the most affordable and had the color we were looking for. The crew DGS sent did an exceptional job on with the vinyl plank. They made sure they left our areas clean and free of any debris. They very professional and kept me informed of their progress. It only took 3 days to complete our loft and stairs. Even after the job was finished, I noticed some unpainted areas when the carpet was pulled up and the plank was laid which was not a part of their job but the owner Danny came back himself and touched up the spots! KC the salesman was also great, we literally talked for a couple of hrs! Thanks DGS! I will be calling when I'm ready for our bathroom to be remodeled!
