My carpet installation experience was outstanding. The installer was efficient, personable, and clearly an experienced craftsman. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with helpful guidance throughout the entire process, from selecting the right materials to understanding pricing and service options. The final product was impressive, and the attention to detail was exceptional, especially in the transitions between different carpet styles. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

We went into the Langley Store to have a larger carpet cut down and bound into a smaller rug and a runner. Eric was fantastic to deal with; he responded quickly to our online request for further information and was also lovely to deal with in person. The cost was very competitive compared to some others we phoned in the area. We even got our rugs back sooner than they originally quoted. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Jordan’s again. Thank you!
