We went into the Langley Store to have a larger carpet cut down and bound into a smaller rug and a runner. Eric was fantastic to deal with; he responded quickly to our online request for further information and was also lovely to deal with in person. The cost was very competitive compared to some others we phoned in the area. We even got our rugs back sooner than they originally quoted. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Jordan’s again. Thank you!

I’ve always been totally satisfied with my flooring purchases from Jordan’s Carpets, and now that I’ve moved to Langley, the experience has been just as amazing. Eric and his team at the Langley store were incredibly kind and helpful when I came in looking for a sage/olive green area rug—they showed me great options in stock. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and if I ever upgrade my floors again, Jordan’s will be my first stop!
Super happy with everything from Jordans. Memo and his crew completed our 1800 sq ft of new flooring and were exceptional. The work was done so beautifully, they were great to have around and Memo is a great communicator. He always showed up on time and made the whole experience for us really smooth and easy. Shane at Jordan's was awesome, he helped us navigate a lot of options but overall we are super happy with the look and quality of the product. Would 10/10 recommend working with them.
