The entire experience has been "old school amazing" - meaning what I want as an experience is what I got! Helpful, informative, and the expertise of one 30+ year veteran steered my hubby and me in the right direction for our unique "remote" location project we were completing ourselves. He showed us a demo, told us all about the product, and understood our needs. The entire staff was wonderful - and helpful - and made us feel like how customers SHOULD be meant to feel and we will be going back for more - we have a room to carpet and another to put a different style floor - so we have our "go to" place!!
Nick, Danielle, Gerry, and the whole team at NuFloors are wonderful! They were super helpful in our decision-making to redo our basement flooring, with good knowledge on what options might be best for our circumstances, and ultimately delivered a great end product on-budget and in a reasonable amount of time. We're very happy with our experience and our basement feels like a different space now. Definitely recommend!

I went carpet comparison shopping to many stores and ended up back at Nufloors.I have purchased flooring from this Nufloor location on numerous occasions over the last 20 years and have always been extremely happy with the quality of their product and their customer service.This time again excellent service, the sales representative George was a pleasure to talk to. He was very prompt at returning all my calls, even calling me back on his day off.Any staff member I met was very pleasant and helpful.The gentleman who installed the flooring was also very professional, worked very quickly and left no mess.I highly recommend Nufloors to anyone thinking of purchasing flooring.
Sherry was great helping me choose my new floor from such an amazing selection. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. Will add photos after my floor has been laid.As a follow up, my original contractor botched the job and Sherry stepped in and Nufloors started the job over. Mike and his son did an amazing job. Completed it in 6 days after I had been struggling for a month, yes, a month, with the first contractor who did not level my floors and ruined a lot of the flooring! Can’t say enough about Mike - he was amazing - as was Sherry and NuFloors. Highly recommend.
