Our entire experience at Wilkinson Tile and Stone was exemplary! Brandon is so knowledgeable and helped us find exactly the stone that we were looking for! He made sure that we understood the implications of each material in terms of how it could be installed and letting us know how finished look that we were after could be achieved!They have a lovely showroom and lots of available stock in their warehouse. Brandon then went on to recommend an excellent stone mason to do the install! We couldn’t be happier with the results!We have received so many compliments on the stone and the workmanship! I am a repeat customer and will continue to purchase my flooring, tile and stone needs from Wilkerson’s. It’s pretty amazing when you walk in the door and you are greeted by name! Irene and Brandon go above and beyond to search out products and materials to make our projects very doable. Their communication and updates are great and almost always at least 24 hours earlier than I’ve expected. Their products are reasonable priced and have great options for all pocket books. Quality, Selection and Value are key words, in my opinion, to describe Wilkerson Tile and Stone.
I had such a great experience with Irene and Brandon! I originally stopped in to look at tile for a large renovation project, and I ended up purchasing flooring tile for two bathrooms plus a bath surround. The prices were fantastic.I showed Irene a few Pinterest inspiration photos, and she went above and beyond—she actually called me the next day with a tile option that had just gone on sale for Black Friday. Their customer service was incredible. They held my tile until I could come back with a truck for pickup, and when I called a week later needing more of my original tile, Irene was able to find some leftover stock and put that on hold for me as well.Highly recommend—they made the whole process so easy! Will definitely be back to purchase our remaining tile and possibly our laminate flooring too!
Dealing with Wilkinson Tile & Stone was like dealing with family. I had never done a bathroom renovation before in my life and felt woefully unqualified to choose the tiles I needed. I explained to Irene and Brandon what my requirements were and they patiently answered my questions and showed me the options over several visits. My condo is 32-years old and the bathroom floor tile and bath/shower tile were very old, outdated and in poor condition. I am fortunate to have a friend who is an authentic Italian tile setter and he told me that the tile I had chosen was of great quality, true and easy to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending Wilkinson Tile & Stone. Their prices, knowledge and customer care are exceptional!!
